Job Summary:
The LPN provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician. They support patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient health (vitals, symptoms, changes)
• Administer medications and injections
• Assist with wound care and treatments
• Support patients with daily activities (bathing, feeding, mobility)
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Communicate with RNs, doctors, and healthcare team
• Supervise and assist CNAs when required
